If You’ve Received Something That You Didn’t Order
Let us know, (email@example.com ) and then consider giving the item to a friend, co-worker or other person who is still using plastic bags. You can eliminate hassle of shipping it back while being sustainable and spreading good will! We will refund your postage for the item.
Please realize that in some cases items may appear defective but can just part of manufacturing organic fabrics. However, if there is some obvious defect, if the sewing comes apart, please write to us (firstname.lastname@example.org ) before you ship the item back so we can expedite the process.
The Bag Shrunk
We have stated clearly in multiple places so that you will understand before the purchase, that the bags are NOT pre-washed and to EXPECT shrinkage. We have designed the bags with generous proportions to accommodate the expected shrinkage. Sorry, but no exchanges will be made for shrinkage.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Sustainable Bags online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items within 14 days of receipt of the purchase. Please send the original sales receipt with your return shipment. Return/Exchanges packages must be shipped pre-paid. Your card will be credited (minus original shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be snail mailed to your address. (Returned merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current online store price credit).
